This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Hyderabad  shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such dispute.

 

If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this website relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
